1. Get trained to be GAF Master Elite!
Homeguard Roofing is Master Elite, only 4 companies in the lower mainland have this qualification. With this title, we can offer our customers a 50-year warranty on GAF products. Suppose you have no experience, that's not an issue! We can train you with GAF training program.
2. Growing Industry
There are always going to be houses that need their roof replaces and new houses/buildings going up!
Also, roofing is a hard labour job its highly unlikely they will come up with any kind of machine/automation to take over this job
3. Enjoy being Outside?
If you love the fresh air and working outside and not being cooped up in an office all day, roofing may be the ideal job for you.
Studies have shown being outside is better for your mental health as well so there's another added bonus!

We can't work in the snow/rainy weather as it's unsafe for us to be on the roof. That means you get to be outside when it's nice out and have days off when the weather is bad!
