Hidden Gutters

Homeguard Roofing specializes in a few different gutter types, one of these types is called built-in gutters, sometimes called Hidden Gutters. This is a gutter system formed by the structure of the roof. Rather than attaching an external gutter to the outside of the fascia, a hidden gutter design uses the board to frame in a trough to collect rainwater at the roof edge.

Hidden gutters if not correctly maintained and installed can cause a lot of problems to the homeowner due to the fact that if there’s leaks or material breaking down can cause the water to penetrate into the foundation/walls of your home.
